Thank you to all the doctors, assistants and receptionists who helped us with Lilly Bae last week. She is really doing well…Maurice & I believe human connection/caring is as important to recovery as is medical help.

I just want to say thank you to the caring, compassionate staff and Dr. Hopper for taking us on short notice this past Saturday to care for our dear cat Mandy…We were as you know not expecting the outcome we got…How ever the help in explaining to us the steps and what needed to be done along the way, to treat her and find out what was going on…was wonderful..We felt very confident and hopeful…Then the care you showed us when we got the bad news….As you saw it was upsetting to us and for myself was very devastating…We were really shocked of the outcome…Your caring and compassion towards Mandy and us was so greatly appreciated, I never got to say thank you before leaving as I was in a state…So Thank you for all you did for us…Still heart broken, but glad we brought our baby into your clinic…will always refer you to anyone down the road.

I would like to thank you so very much for your phone call last evening. My family and I were feeling frustrated and confused with the loss of our dog Molly and your phone call eased all our concerns. Your gentle manner and caring thoughts helped me to see that the end result was ok.

I was feeling guilty, however, your phone call eased my feelings and I truly feel I can move on with our loss.

I will forever miss our Molly as she meant the world to all of us and we loved her so very much.

I want to thank you for the kind, caring manner in which you took care of Sheldon during his many visits over the summer. I never worried about having to leave him with you because I knew he was going to be cared for as if he were your own pet. I know how hard everyone there worked to try and get him better. I also want to thank you for the kindness you extended to me during all of this. It was very much appreciated.

I would like to thank the London North Animal Hospital for all there kindness in dealing with our Guinea Pigs, Skittles and Mr. Bubbles. We walked in 2 hours early for an apt with a very sick pig. Although the waiting room was full you took us immediately and kept Skittles comfortable. Sadly his little body could not take anymore and he had to make the decision to put him down. Your staff was not only professional but kind and compassionate during the entire process. Even though emotions were running very high for us that day your staff handled the situation with grace and compassion. Skittles primary owner my 9 year old son was understandably very upset that day and your staff understood his concerns and put his mind at ease. This helped make a difficult process for a young boy much easier and I thank you for that. We are lucky to have you as our vet and would recommend you to anyone.

It hasn’t been easy for us, but it was the right decision because Sadey’s little body was too tired and weak to fight any more. You and the staff were both kind, friendly and caring to both Sadey and our Family. Your response & urgency to our situation, kindness support, all of your efforts and selflessness during our time of need will never be forgotten.
